I see an advertisement for monster.ca (as I am from Canada), its a job searching website. That green goblin symbol of theirs has nothing to do with Guild Wars. At least I think thats what you are seeing.

If you're talking about the demon/titan looking thing in the header for the GW:EN stuff at the official website, then yeah it looks like it will be a new monster.
